Dear Visitor,

Hi! I'm Emma (M.A. Folklore; B.M.S. Media Studies with Minor in Anthropology)I believe that words, artworks, and everyday traditions allow individual and cultural perspectives to shine, highlighting the beauty of human diversity. When people have the resources to share their stories with others, opportunities arise for building empathy across generations and cultures.

It is my dream to connect storytellers, community leaders, and artists to such resources, using the theoretical knowledge and practical skills I gained through studying media, anthropology, and folklore. I aim to ground these efforts in open-hearted sensitivity and care.

This site presents some of the work I've accomplished while pursuing my dream. It is also a time capsule of the art, writing, and other creations I made prior to my graduate studies. Feel free to look around!

Sincerely,

Emma
